Toyota shipped 7 399 vehicles which places them in the top spot, a modest gain of 310 units from the previous month. Ford also posted strong numbers, exporting 6 492 vehicles, an increase of 774 units, showing steady performance in key international markets. South Africa’s previous export leader, Volkswagen, on the other hand, faced a significant setback. Its export figures dropped by 6 131 units, falling to 5 331 vehicles in April.
