Christian Stein was appointed as the Chairman of Renault Group – Automobile Magazine

As of September 16, Christian Stein will be replaced by the Renault Group Communication President instead of Stéphanie Cau, who left the company. Renault Group CEO Luca de Meo will work on Stein, the group will be responsible for the communication of all activities.

Who is Christian Stein?

Christian Stein started his career in PSA in 1991 and stayed here until 2011 and increased responsibilities in the sales and marketing department. During these years, he worked and lived between Belgium, France, Spain and the United Kingdom. He gained experience at both central and national level.

In 2011, he joined the Volkswagen Group as the Global Marketing Director of the SEAT brand and since 2015, he served as Global Communication and Public Relations Director for Seat Sa and Seat and Cupra brands.

Christian Stein joined Renault Group as a Brand Communication Director in November 2020 after more than 20 years abroad and returned to France in November 2023, and in November 2023, he came in Amprere and the Customer Experience Director.
