Milan, 27 March 2025 – The Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. met today and approved a postponement (proposed by the Ceo) of the resolutions of today’s Board meeting to 28 April 2025.

The shareholders meeting will as a consequence be held on 12 June 2025 instead of 27 May as previously scheduled.
