The process of appointing the new permanent CEO, managed by a special committee of the board of directors, is underway and will be finalized during the first half of 2025. Pending the appointment of the new CEO, the following organization is set up with immediate effect.

The interim executive committee (“CEI”) will be responsible for the management and supervision of the company on behalf of the board of directors. The CEI will be chaired by John Elkann. The committee will be made up of the president and the following members, the responsibilities of which are as follows:

Xavier Chéreau Human Resources and Heritage

Ned Curric Engineering and Technology, Software and Free2Move

Arnaud Deboeuf Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Antonio Filosa America’s (North and South America) Regions, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®️RAM, and the North America Organization design, including Maserati Design

Béatrice Foucher Planning

Jean-Philippe Imparato Enlaged Europe, Pro One, and Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Lancia, Opel and Peugeot. The design organization Europe will also be attached.

Douglas Ostermann Finance

Maxime Picat Purchasing and beg Quality and the regions of the Middle East & Africa, India & Asia Pacific, China and Leapmotor International

Philippe de Rovira Affiliates

The following executive vice-presidents will support the CEI and report directly to the president:
