We are aware that there have been some issues with the link to the live supreme court coverage on the Supreme Court’s YouTube Channel. However a direct link to the live coverage can be found on the Supreme Courts website. While the hearing is in progress the live link appears on the home page. (Click here)

As we have said previously, no date has been set for when the Supreme Court’s judgment will be handed down, but an outcome in May or June remains a possibility. Whatever day it is, we will aim to get the judgment to you in the morning and follow this with a briefing at 3pm, for which we will send you a link on the day.

In the interim we will continue our representative work and preparations to support you on the road ahead.
