Clever, efficient, fast: the new Opel Movano Hydrogen

The highlight of the Opel range is the Opel Movano Hydrogen. “For the first time, we will offer the biggest member of the Opel LCV family as a fuel cell electric vehicle,” said Florian. Thanks to the combination of a hydrogen battery and a rechargeable battery, the new Opel Movano Hydrogen can travel more than 500 kilometers (WLTP1) and can be supplied with hydrogen in less than 5 minutes. This is an ideal solution for customers who must travel long distances without local emissions and without wasting time. The electric motor offers a power of 110 kW (150 hp) and a maximum torque of 410 Newton meters. The 11 kWh lithium-ion battery provides start-up and acceleration aid. Another major advantage of the system: braking energy can be recovered and injected into the battery in the form of electricity through the electric motor which works as a generator.

“It is obvious that our newcomer inherits all the virtues of his brothers and sisters with electric and diesel battery. This includes a wide range of electronic aids that place the Opel Movano at the forefront of its segment. It is also one of the first vehicles in its category to reach the level 2 of assisted driving and impresses with its loading volume of up to 17 cubic meters – and therefore makes no compromise in terms of daily functionality, regardless of the powertrain. “The new Movano has everything you need to meet the requirements of our customers, even if they need to transport Electric rocks,” said Florian. Electric light vehicle as a light utility micro-vehicle: OPEL Rocks Electric

L’Opel Rocks Electric made a very special appearance in Hanover. The smallest vehicle in the Opel range, which young people aged 15 and over can lead to Germany, was in the hold of the new Movano Hydrogen – equipped with the practical kit Kargo. The light electric electric vehicle with ultra-compact dimensions of 2.41 x 1.39 x 1.52 meters (length x width x height) and the Kargo kit have an additional loading volume divisible in a modular manner. This two -seater vehicle is transformed into no time in a practical delivery vehicle.

Transporting with the design and technologies of a passenger car: the Opel Combo electric

The third member of the IAA Transportation of Opel also offers a convincing offer. The new Opel Combo Electric is an impressive demonstration of the way Opel introduces automobile innovations on the market for light utility vehicles. The new edition of Opel Vul Compact is immediately recognizable and incomparable, with a new front side and the characteristic face of the Opel Vizor brand. In addition to the proven qualities of the previous version, the new combo can, for the first time, light the road thanks to the Intelli-Lux matrix light without dazzling. This compact van is thus the first to offer advanced adaptive lighting technology on this market segment. The battery electric vehicle, which can be ordered from 31,250 euros excluding taxes, was designed to meet the needs of the automotive industry. VAT in Germany, now offers autonomy without local emissions up to 354 kilometers (WLTP2), about 80 kilometers more than its predecessor. With the Vivaro Electricfourth member of the Vul Opel family, the brand can offer a solid electric solution for almost all user profiles.
