ZF Aftermarket, with Reman

With the innovative Reman business model, ZF makes a significant contribution to the cyclical economy and sustainable mobility by realizing the production of many components on an industrial scale.

Since 1963, ZF’s technology group has been preparing parts used in 25 worldwide reproduction facilities for an industrial scale for a “second life .. These parts are cleaned, tested, renewed and re -installed in the facility. This process is called Reman, that is, reproduction.

Stating that Reman constitutes a very important part of ZF’s sustainability strategy, ZF Aftermarket Türkiye General Manager Selim Aydınlıoğlu said in his assessment on the subject:

Compared to a new piece, the material consumption of the reproduced components in the production processes decreases up to 95 percent, while energy and CO2 savings increase up to 90 percent.
